GTC - General terms and conditions

The present general terms and conditions (incl. data protection provisions) of Frulact Switzerland AG, Europastrasse 15, 5734 Reinach | Switzerland (“Frulact” / “We”) govern the use of the website www.frulino.ch (“Website”) by its visitors (“Customer” / “You”). Conditions of the Customer contrary to or deviating from these GTC are not recognised. Frulact expressly reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time.

Any business initiated over the website (contact) is subject to separate, individual contracts between Frulact or Frulact group companies and the Customer. 

The website is intended for commercial customers based in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.  If you are interested in our products, tools and services, you can get in touch using the contact form, by sending an email or giving us a call.

Data protection provisions

Frulact treats your data as confidential and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) at all times.  Personal data such as your name, address, telephone number and email address (“personal data”) is collected and processed with the utmost care. 

By using our contact form on our website, you consent to us saving and processing your personal data so that it can be used to get in touch with you, send you information and offers, and process business transactions.

Each time that you visit the website, you further consent to us collecting, processing and using data in connection with your usage of the website (“navigation data”). Doing so allows us, for example, to record and analyse specific data transmitted from your Internet browser (such as your IP address, browser type or source URL) or your use of specific website elements (such as the nutritional value calculator or website information called up by means of QR codes). All intellectual property rights contained and displayed on the website, such as product names, designs and text, are the property of Frulact or one of the companies belonging to the Frulact group or are used with permission. Any use outside of legally permitted personal use is prohibited unless expressly agreed to in writing by Frulact or the corresponding holder of said rights. In the event of infringement, Frulact reserves the right to take corresponding legal action.

Miscellaneous

The respective valid version of the general terms and conditions applies.

All legal relationships between Frulact and the Customer are subject to Swiss law. Zurich is the sole place of jurisdiction.

Should one or more individual provisions of this agreement be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Rather, the invalid provision must be replaced by a valid provision that most closely corresponds to the intended economic purpose of the original invalid provision.
